PERFORMANCE TESTING

Every product undergoes physical testing on our CNC Product Performance Testing Machine, verifying performance across:

1. Compression testing 

2. Tensile testing 

3. Impact testing

4. Cycle motion testing

NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

We take every product from initial sketch through to production-ready manufacturing, following a structured 12-step process:

1. Concept sketch and requirement gathering 

2. Concept viability study — pricing, manufacturing, and market fit 

3. Reference data collection — images and comparable projects 

4. Benchmark samples, site visits, and functional analysis 

5. Product outline proposal via CAD rendering 

6. Cost analysis 

7. Fitment parts and gauge sourcing 

8. Import or reproduction of benchmark component samples 

9. Prototype sample preparation 

10. Physical testing on mock-up with result analysis 

11. Team review and fine adjustment 

12. Tooling development and production handover
