Reliable production starts with knowing exactly what materials we have and where they are. Our storage systems are built specifically for seating and frame production, keeping raw steel, hardware, and components organized and ready when needed.
Our fabrication shop handles pipe cutting and bending, MIG & TIG welding, and stamping across 12 mechanical presses (10-70 tons). We also offer precision machining and CNC plasma cutting up to 1250 x 2550mm — enabling fast development and pilot production with minimal tooling.
Comfort and durability start at the molecular level. Our high-pressure PU foam molding machine injects polyurethane foam directly into precision molds under high pressure — producing dense, consistently shaped foam cores that hold their form and comfort far longer than standard cut-foam seating.
Precision doesn't stop at metal. Our CNC router machine handles cutting and shaping of FRP, wood, and plywood materials essential for prototype development, mockups, and select finished components.
Long-term corrosion resistance starts before a single coat of paint is applied. Our phosphating line treats every steel component with a protective phosphate coating, creating a chemically bonded surface that significantly improves corrosion resistance and ensures powder coating adheres evenly and permanently.
The final step in protecting every steel frame we manufacture a durable finish applied by electrostatic spray and cured in an oven, tougher and longer-lasting than traditional liquid paint.
Precision starts before a single stitch is sewn. Our Upholstery and Foam Cutting Area specializes in accurately cutting foam and fabric for auditorium and cinema seating, ensuring every component fits precisely for consistent comfort, durability, and support across custom designs.
Once fabric and foam are precisely cut, our upholstery stitching area is where they're brought together into finished seat covers. Skilled operators sew every panel with close attention to seam strength and finish quality, ensuring each cover fits its seat exactly as designed.
Precision assembly, powered by compressed air. Our pneumatic assembly line uses air-powered tools to grip, position, and move components with speed and consistency improving both efficiency and precision across every stage of seat assembly.
