• Manufacturing flaws affecting the structure, frame, or functional mechanisms.

 What is NOT Covered?

• Accidents & Misuse: Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, intentional harm, fire, flood, negligence, or exposure.
• Weight Capacity: Seating products used by individuals weighing over 275 lbs (125 Kg).
• Maintenance Issues: Damage caused by inadequate cleaning, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
• Unauthorized Repairs: Any modifications, alterations, or repairs attempted by unauthorized parties, dealers, or consumers.
• Natural Variations: Minor piece-to-piece variations in wood grain, texture, color matching, or fabric shades due to craftsmanship and natural materials.

Transferability & Modifications

• This warranty is strictly valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred, resold, leased, or rented to third parties.
• Any unauthorized modification instantly voids all warranty rights.

⚠️ SAFETY CAUTION: Theatre chairs feature complex moving parts. Exercise caution during operation. Small children should not operate the furniture without parent or guardian 
supervision. Always keep hands and feet clear of the mechanism area.

How to File a Claim

• Submit in Writing: Fill out our online warranty claim form below or email our support team with your purchase details.
• Inspection: Our team will review your submission. If necessary, Theatre Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd. will arrange an on-site or physical inspection to verify the manufacturing defect.
• Resolution: Once validated, we will repair the component or furnish a substitute unit of the same or similar color, design, style, and quality.
