Campus | Multiplex Cinema / Commercial Movie House/ Auditorium and Concert Halls
Campus offers functional and subtle elegance with simple but pleasing lines. A thin common frame allows for greater seat size and increased comfort, while a slim chair profile permits theatre operators to increase seating capacity without sacrificing comfort or proper egress space. Available fully-upholstered or with an optional veneer back panel, and offered in Floor Mount, Wall Mount, Air Diffuser Mount, and Adjustable Air Diffuser Mount configurations — making Campus a versatile fit for multiplex cinemas, commercial movie houses, and high-volume screening venues.
Key Features & Ergonomics: Vivid orange fabric upholstery with horizontal channel-tufted backrest; molded black armrests; ultra-slim profile; torsion spring-based auto tip-up seat mechanism with synchronized seat-forward-slide and back-recline (Synchronized Pushback System); high-pressure polyurethane molded cushions (50±5 density); removable zippered fabric covers; durable powder-coat steel frame.
Advantages:
- Synchronized Comfort Mechanism: A tested and proven torsion spring-based auto tip-up system, paired with a synchronized seat-forward-slide and back-recline function, adjusts naturally to the occupant's movement for enhanced comfort during long films.
- Capacity Maximization: The ultra-slim chair profile allows theatre operators to fit more seats per row without sacrificing comfort or egress compliance — directly supporting screen capacity and box office profitability.
- High-Density Comfort: High-pressure polyurethane molded cushions (50±5 density) for both seat and back deliver lasting comfort and resist sagging over time, even under continuous daily screenings.
- Easy Maintenance: Removable, zippered seat and back covers allow for fast on-site cleaning or replacement — a practical advantage for high-traffic cinema environments dealing with spilled drinks and snacks.
- Vandalism-Resistant Options: For high-traffic multiplex environments, Campus offers reinforced plastic outer back and seat panel configurations (Campus C4, D4) specifically designed to protect against wear and damage.
- Flexible Mounting: Available in Floor Mount, Wall Mount, Air Diffuser Mount, and Adjustable Air Diffuser Mount configurations to suit varied architectural and HVAC requirements across different auditorium/screen layouts.

Installation Overview: Installed per approved floor plan with chair radius line positioned 1-1/2" behind the front foot plate hole (±1/8" width tolerance). Leg frames are bolted to the floor (with carpet-punch holes where applicable), followed by back panel attachment via slot-aligned brackets, seat attachment via nylon-washer/bushing hinge assembly (adjusted for smooth, silent pivot with no side-to-side play), and armrest attachment via sheet metal screws. Full Exploded Assembly and Floor Mounting Detail drawings available on request.
Maintenance: Quarterly inspection recommended in the first year post-installation (checking floor security and seat/back tightness to frame), extending to a maximum 6-month interval thereafter. No lubrication required — seat pivot hinges use nylon bushings for silent, consistent performance. Project-specific O&M Manual and spare parts list provided at installation.
Warranty: 3-year standard warranty against manufacturing defects.
