OUR 3-STAGE QUALITY SYSTEM

Incoming Inspection

  • Every raw material and component steel, foam, fabric, hardware is checked on arrival before it enters production, ensuring only quality-verified inputs are used in manufacturing.

In-Process Checks

  • Products undergo 100% gauging during production not sampling, but full verification with physical measuring used for random sampling on developmental and prototype items. This continuous checking allows our team to catch and correct deviations immediately, rather than after a batch is complete.

Pre-Dispatch Verification

  • Before any seating system leaves our facility, it passes a final quality check confirming it meets structural, dimensional, and finish standards ensuring what arrives at your venue matches what was engineered.
