The final step in protecting every steel frame we manufacture a durable finish applied by electrostatic spray and cured in an oven, tougher and longer-lasting than traditional liquid paint.
THE PROCESS
Following phosphate treatment, each component receives an electrostatically applied powder coat, then passes through a curing oven where heat fuses the powder into a smooth, uniform, high-strength finish.

WHY IT MATTERS FOR YOUR PROJECT
Powder coating resists chipping, scratching, fading, and corrosion far better than conventional paint — critical for seating that will face years of daily use, cleaning, and, for outdoor stadium seating, direct weather exposure. Combined with our phosphating pre-treatment, this two-stage finishing process is a key reason TSI Group seating frames maintain their appearance and structural protection over the long term.
